We are looking for someone to help us strategise our position as India's first digital banking cross-border payment leader. Someone who has a knack for finding creative ways to talk about compliances and journey typically an enterprise has to go through while doing complex transactions and how we will smoothen it out for them via content, ads, placement in eco-system etc.

Responsibilities

• Help in running A/B testing. Research, review, and run different initiatives that help our clients with onboarding and our website with SEO help run optimised ads.
• Launch small projects inside companies that help end customers in multiple ways.
• Work with the design and content team to bring creativity to financial briefs that a business needs to be aware of.
• Help the product team jot down the product in the right way for everyone to access without any issues.
• Work with content, design and product team to find the best course of launching product to the right audience.

What do you bring?

• 2+ years of experience in marketing experience preferably with a high-growth startup or B2B Saas/ FintechStrong communication skills (on paper and verbally) with a passion for finance.
• Previous experience running teams, leading and hiring people under them to perform better.Ability to take ownership and execute things.
