The Role:

1. You will help us vanish the gap between our customers' goals and expectations from the product and how Salt can provide them with a better experience.
2. You will research and help us understand current industry trends and how we can shape our product better for our customers.
3. You will test and validate working theses with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes and published products.
4. You will help us build all project-based UX/UI documents and help us in storing them right.

Responsibilities：

1. From ideation to prototypes to validate, help and guide us in building understanding around it.
2. Work with visual designers, writers, researchers to build better wireframes and send them to the tech team for deployment.
3. Analyse, research and prioritise products for the future.

Qualifications：

1. 2+ years of direct experience in product design
2. Finance/ B2B/ SaaS will be a bonus.
3. Outstanding understanding of user experience design for the web, mobile and Good eye for visual design.
4. Skilled in Photoshop, Invision, Figma, Sketch, Abstract or other design tools
